Lee Blythe graduated from USC and is a General Contractor with over 20 years of construction experience. He serves on the Board of Directors for BIA of Central SC and is a member of the NAHB. When it comes to custom home building, Lee's goal is to provide nothing but the highest quality product and experience for every client.
Lee and his wife have three children and two dogs. When he's not at work, you can find him hanging out with his family or at his church.
Sarah Bennett is the lead sales team member of Blythe Custom Homes and helps potential new clients navigate through the initial questions of building a custom home. No matter if this is your first time exploring the custom home building process, or if you have done it before, Sarah will walk you through the initial consultation and the process to go through before building your home.
Sarah is also a former client and homeowner of BCH, who went through the entire process from plan design to move-in day in her beautiful home that BCH designed and built. She is a licensed agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Medley.
Eric Julian has always had a passion for problem-solving and design. While attending Clemson University he discovered construction was a way for him to use that passion in life. His knowledge of construction paired with over 10 years of design allows him to effortlessly provide clients with their dream homes.
When he's not busy sketching a new design you can find him at the golf course or on the lake.
Bobby has been a project manager for Blythe Custom Homes for over 10 years, with a combined 40 years of experience in residential construction. Bobby was a master builder, long before there was a HBA certification for Master Builder. He is constantly praised by our clients and trades for his calm communication skills, great experiential guidance, and ability to execute vision and specs to reality in the beautiful homes that we get to build for our clients.
Bobby loves to spend his weekends in the marsh around Beaufort county chasing grandkids, redfish, and shrimp.
With almost 8 years of interior design experience, Priscilla’s passion lies in helping clients curate spaces with effortless style through intentional design for deeply relatable and liveable homes. Her firm, Haven + Harbor, specializes in full-service interior design for clients who are building, renovating, or refreshing their homes. Inspired by many styles, she loves designing spaces with a timeless aesthetic, organic elements, and textural details.
A lover of lake coves and ocean waves, most weekends you can find her relaxing with her husband and three boys on the lake (or sneaking down to the Florida Keys whenever she can)!
Joey has always been an avid weekend DIYer with a love for Home Building that brought him to BCH beginning of 2022. He is a tremendous help in assisting with the management of homes under construction as well as managing warranty items for closed homes.
If he’s not chasing sub-contractors or building material deliveries, he's chasing his 3 daughters. Joey has visited 26 states and has a goal to see all 50 in his lifetime.
Mark hails from the Great Smoky Mountains, is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, and loves Korean barbeque with Thai iced tea. He first started commercial estimating in 2005 in Atlanta. He joined the Blythe team in 2023 and can typically be found in the office, either working on purchasing, estimating, or brewing up the next pot of coffee.
Shirley is the backbone of Blythe Custom Homes and has been handling payables and administrative items for over 5 years for us and keeps the unseen side of business moving successfully. Shirley has an accounting background and spent many years handling payables for SCEG before she retired from there. Blythe Custom Homes is very thankful for all she does behind the scenes to make what is done in the field a reality.
Shirley is an incredible baker and is constantly bringing sweets and surprises to the office at birthdays and special events. Her Christmas cookies are always something to look forward to!
Lee Blythe is currently a junior at Ben Lippen High School (Go Falcons!), but when he is not in school, doing high school stuff, Lee can be found pushing a broom or cleaning up around home sites, as well as being a quick runner for odd and end items. Mom and Dad couldn't be prouder of his character and his hard work in school and out of school.
