Blythe Custom Homes was formed in 2004 and has built 100+ high end custom homes throughout the Greater Columbia South Carolina area (including Blythewood, Forest Acres, Downtown Columbia, West Columbia, Pine Ridge, Lexington, Irmo, Ballentine, Chapin, and Lake Murray).

My husband and I were apprehensive about the process of planning for and building a new home, but Lee made the process smooth and enjoyable. He is honest, attentive and organized. He and Bobby made sure that each detail that we requested was taken care... We are so happy with our beautiful new home and would highly recommend Blythe Custom Homes.

Lee was very straightforward with us during the process, easy to get in touch with, and responsive to requests/questions/concerns that we had. He even helped us modify the original plans of the home to add in a kids' nook under the staircase that our children love.

Our home is beautiful and was done on time. Being able to trust Lee and Bobby to build the house we wanted (and not being in this state most of the building process…) shows the quality and commitment of this company. We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Blythe Custom Homes!
